The Role

Reporting to the Client Director (CD), the Senior Manager is accountable for globally operational delivery, service delivery and reporting, budget management, relationship management, and leadership to our top tier global banking client within their Early Careers and Campus (EC&C) recruiting programme across 25 countries and a globally aligned team.

You will be accountable in creating the talent strategy for the account and driving the achievement of all contractually agreed quality thresholds, KPIs, and client satisfaction targets (with accountability for these aspects in their specific area.)

This role can be based in Singapore, Hong Kong or UK with Singapore as preference.

Key Accountabilities

Innovation and Business Development

  • Support and partner with the client in their change management strategy, implementation and end to end delivery of their Early Careers operations across recruiting and programme management.
  • Create and implement a Continuous Improvement plan with clear, measurable, and reportable targets.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for process improvement, service enhancement, innovation, technology enablement, related strategic projects, and increasing the scope of the service within account (in collaboration with Client Director).

Operations, Compliance and Finance

  • Lead team in the delivery against targets, budget, SLAs, and contractually agreed service standards. Manage utilisation and capacity effectively.
  • Monitor the account’s Key Performance Indicators and forecasts; identify trends and issues, and use data-led insights to influence account strategy
  • Maintain and create financial forecast and associated monthly and quarterly business review (MBR/QBR) materials.
  • Lead MBRs and QBRs with Client Director.
  • Manage the scope, governance, and compliance of the contract through team activity; identify and tackle scope creep.
  • Ensure compliance with AMS Risk Management Framework, including the identification and management of risk, and legislation affecting area of work.

Leadership

  • Accountable for clearly communicating Strategic Account Vision and Plan to the team. Ensure they understand the account’s commercial model, and their role in helping achieve its strategic priorities and KPI targets.
  • Lead regional and global on-site and virtual teams, including regular/ongoing performance, development, engagement, and well-being conversations.
  • Unify matrix resources behind shared priorities of productivity, account profitability, and customer satisfaction
  • Accountability for issue resolution, supporting Managers and Recruiters to resolve at the appropriate level.
  • Retention of AMS talent, especially High Potentials, through performance management and continuous development, and by creating an inclusive and engaging workplace culture. Regular talent review and succession planning.

Client

  • Build strong and influential trusted partner relationships with identified senior client stakeholders to develop and maintain business plans, recruitment plans, and client organisational structures.
  • Custodian of the client’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) ensuring the entire team can convey the proposition in a compelling way, enhancing the client's brand presence in the market.
  • Build trust via advisory/consulting, providing market insights to the Client.
  • Effective, accurate, and timely creation and delivery of Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs and QBRs) to assess performance, review vital metrics, and evaluate progress toward strategic goals.
Skills & Experience
  • You are an experienced Early Careers & Campus (EC&C) expert within RPO or in-house and understand the dynamics of the cyclical nature of this domain.
  • Demonstrated ability in change management strategy and operations in a EC&C recruitment capacity
  • Minimally 10 years and above experience as a leader in EC&C banking recruitment with proven track record of working closely with internal and external stakeholders across multiple geographies
  • Background in banking is preferred
  • You are client focused, a strategic thinker and know how to navigate issue resolution well as a team player
