Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT procure‑to‑pay or IT procurement roles.
• Strong hands-on RFQ & RFP experience for IT categories.
• Exposure to contract review and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Support global IT teams with RFQ, RFP, renewals, and contract extensions.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate RFQ/RFP documentation.
• Manage vendor engagement during sourcing and evaluation processes.
• Coordinate contract reviews and negotiations with internal teams.
• Track procurement requests end-to-end and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain procurement records in internal systems.
• Support procurement and contract audit activities when required.
