Job summary

JP Morgan Chase in Singapore seeks an investment banking associate to support senior bankers in originating, structuring, and executing financing and advisory transactions across M&A, IPOs, bonds, loans, and structured products.

You will prepare marketing materials, build financial models, conduct valuation analyses, and help manage deal risks while coordinating with internal teams and external parties to advance the execution process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, or related field from a top-tier institution.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in an investment banking front office role.
• Strong financial modelling skills.
• Understanding of the transaction cycle and its key steps with a focus on execution.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills, able to interact with senior professionals, clients and stakeholders.
• Self-directed, highly motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a team.
