Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting an Import/Export Ops Specialist for its DePuy Synthes unit in Central Singapore. You will manage day-to-day import/export operations, ensuring compliant and timely cross-border movement of products within a highly regulated environment.

The role offers exposure to trade processes across regional and global markets, supporting operational reliability and customer satisfaction. Prior experience in trade compliance and familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, Business, or a related field (required).
• Professional coursework or certification in trade, customs, or logistics (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Execute import and export transactions in accordance with applicable customs, trade, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate trade documentation, including customs declarations, invoices, and shipping records.
• Coordinate with logistics providers, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely clearance and delivery of goods.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve issues related to delays, documentation discrepancies, or customs holds.
• Support compliance with trade regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and data within trade, logistics, and ERP systems.
• Assist with reporting, metrics tracking, and data analysis related to import/export activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, accuracy, and service levels.
