Job description
Responsibilities:
  • Lead discovery activities including workshops, interviews, and process shadowing to identify user needs, operational gaps, and business pain points.
  • Document and analyse processes, producing clear as-is and to-be workflows, process maps, BPMN diagrams, swim lanes, and value-stream maps.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable requirements, including problem statements, hypotheses, user stories, acceptance criteria, and non-functional requirements.
  • Manage product backlog readiness, ensuring items are well-defined, prioritised, estimated with the team, and aligned to business goals and technical constraints.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between operations, engineering, QA, and Product Management, providing ongoing requirement clarification throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Define and validate data requirements, including entities, mappings, business rules, payload definitions (API/EDI), and end-to-end data flow across logistics systems.
  • Support quality and testing, such as acceptance test definition, UAT planning, feedback capture, defect triage, and ensuring traceability from objectives to test cases.
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, audit, and operational standards, identifying risks and maintaining RAID logs with mitigation plans.
  • Develop and maintain documentation including BRDs, story maps, mockups, user guides, SOP updates, release notes, and training materials.
  • Monitor feature adoption and telemetry, evaluate performance against KPIs/OKRs, and recommend continuous improvements to processes and product features.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT product management, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
  • Proven track record in managing integrated logistics systems (e.g., WMS, TMS, ePoD etc).
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as IoT, AI, and robotics in logistics.
  • Understanding of system integration, APIs, and cloud-based platforms.
  • Ability to analyze complex challenges and deliver practical solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Self-driven, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering results.
