Our client, a leading Chinese multinational corporation, is seeking an experienced legal professional with strong business acumen to serve as Global Head of Employment Law based in Hong Kong or Singapore. In this role, you will lead and manage the global employment legal team, providing strategic counsel on a wide range of labor and employment matters across the company’s worldwide operations. You will also oversee regulatory developments, ensuring compliance and operational readiness. To be considered, you must be a qualified lawyer with at least 10 years of in-house experience handling global employment law issues. Proven leadership in managing teams and expertise in multi-jurisdictional compliance are highly desirable.
