Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Product Design, Interaction Design, UX Design, or related fields.

• Results-oriented and adaptable to change.
• A thorough understanding of experimentation and research techniques.
• A good eye for design with a diverse portfolio of works.
• Experience designing for Fintech, Investment platforms, or Crypto products.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize needs from Product, Engineering, and Marketing into design deliverables.
• Work through design problems from beginning to end.
• Support the product development process with wireframes and high-fidelity mockups.
• Partner with cross-functional peers to define initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with UX Research, UX Writing, and Brand leadership.
• Elevate design quality by soliciting feedback and conducting Design Reviews.
