This role leads the implementation and continuous improvement of global finance processes and systems. It is a high-impact position that collaborates across finance functions to drive standardisation, compliance, and digital innovation.

Description

• Serve as the Global Process Owner for SAP FICO modules, primarily Record-to-Report (R2R), with oversight of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
• Maintain and enhance global finance process templates, data structures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with reporting standards.
• Lead the implementation and optimisation of SAP ERP and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Digital, Procurement, and Operations to harmonise data and streamline processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial reporting, analytics, and process automation.
• Oversee finance master data governance, including chart of accounts, entity structures, and cost/profit centres.
• Manage change communications and training related to finance systems and process rollouts.

Profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA) preferred.
• 13+ years of experience in finance operations, transformation, and systems implementation.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA FICO; experience with EPM tools (e.g., CCH Tagetik) is a plus.
• Proven track record in leading finance transformation projects and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
