Job summary

NVIDIA Singapore is seeking a meticulous Field Operations/Professional Services Operations Expert to drive end-to-end operational processes for global customer engagements. This hybrid role requires on-site presence at least two days per week and a strong background in professional services operations within tech.

You will draft SoWs, negotiate with vendors, and optimize workflows across internal systems to deliver high-quality service. Mandarin plus English is a plus in this collaborative role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Professional Services operations or similar in a tech company.
• Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Proven customer-facing experience and ability to work with legal terms.
• Strong process ownership and improvement track record across teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Experience with AI tools and MS Office, especially Excel/Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Draft and process Statements of Work (SoW) with customers and partners.
• Lead negotiations and approvals with internal interfaces and external vendors.
• Manage workflows and configurations in Professional Services information systems.
• Search, manage, and update operational data using internal systems; implement AI-powered solutions.
• Support global and regional deployment teams for smooth service execution.
• Identify and drive process improvements to boost delivery speed and scalability.
• Work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
