Job summary

Sequent is seeking a seasoned fiduciary client partner in Singapore to manage a portfolio of international trust and corporate structures. You will build lasting relationships with clients, family offices and intermediaries while ensuring governance, compliance and exceptional service.

You will lead teams, provide strategic guidance on wealth structuring, and work across jurisdictions to deliver seamless solutions. Strong AML/CFT expertise and STEP qualification are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Fiduciary, legal or banking education required.
• Experience managing trust and corporate structures for HNWI in a fiduciary environment.
• Full member of STEP or equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong AML/CFT background and application of policies.
• Willingness to travel.
• Fluent English and Mandarin; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship manager for high-value international trust, corporate and fiduciary structures.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, family offices, intermediaries, legal advisers, banks and other partners.
• Oversee administration of complex fiduciary arrangements with governance, compliance and client service.
• Act as Director of client and in-house entities with signatory responsibilities.
• Provide strategic guidance on governance, fiduciary, regulatory and wealth structuring matters.
• Ensure AML/CFT and regulatory compliance.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and service delivery.
• Mentor and develop junior team members and foster learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues across jurisdictions to deliver seamless solutions for international clients.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements and controls.
