Job summary

OCBC is seeking an energetic intern for its Global Energy, Infrastructure & Utilities team in Singapore. You’ll gain exposure to corporate banking, industry analysis, and risk assessment while developing analytical skills and financial insights.

In this role you’ll conduct industry research, monitor market developments, and support client coverage activities alongside experienced bankers, contributing to sector studies and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Industry Research: conduct research on global energy sector, including market developments and key participants
• Market Analysis: monitor industry developments, regulatory changes, and macro factors affecting energy companies
• Financial Analysis: support the review and analysis of financial statements and business fundamentals of corporate clients
• Risk Assessment Support: assist in identifying and evaluating industry and company-specific risks
• Business Insights: prepare research summaries, market updates, and presentation materials
• Stakeholder Collaboration: work with Relationship Managers to support client coverage
• Ad-hoc Projects: support sector studies and strategic initiatives
