Because doing so can fuel the very innovation we are pursuing.# Main Responsibilities* Provide leadership, direction, and education to advance strategic initiatives that strengthen safety culture and regulatory compliance across construction programs.* Develop, implement, and monitor construction EHS programs, standards, and procedures, and support consistent adoption across sites.* Lead construction safety management implementation and facilitate best-practice sharing across projects and regions.* Integrate EHS management system criteria into project planning and execution, including contractor management, pre-task planning, and verification activities.* Plan and perform EHS compliance audits/assessments for construction activities;
