Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field.
Min. 5 years of experience in business development, go-to-market strategy, commercialization, consulting, or sales within sustainability, climate, energy, digital services, or related sectors.
Ability to translate technical concepts into compelling commercial offerings.
Proven experience in working with international stakeholders and global markets.
Structured, analytical mindset with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a pipeline of strategic clients across carbon markets, decarbonization, and digital sustainability services.
Engage directly with clients, project developers, governments, financial institutions, and strategic partners to identify opportunities.
Support proposal development, bid management, and commercial negotiations.
Contribute to achieving agreed revenue and growth targets for CoE services.
