Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program management in the data center, networking, or telecommunications industries.
• Experience in data center networking (DCNet), optical/WAN transport, edge architectures, or campus infrastructure deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational governance across APAC network portfolios; steer weekly metro reviews, stakeholder syncs, and executive dashboards tracking risk, milestone health, and capacity demand.
• Drive delivery velocity across Build‑to‑Plan (BTP), Co‑locations (GIM), and Cluster Planning initiatives, eliminating hardware, site, and engineering blockers on the critical path.
• Establish RAID frameworks, triage high‑priority issues, resolve P0 blockers, and partner cross‑functionally on proactive mitigation strategies.
• Align upstream demand forecasting with downstream execution, collaborating with planning, supply chain, logistics, and network engineering to secure capacity and stage materials.
• Lead technical due diligence and RCCA reviews to eliminate bottlenecks and optimize SOPs, while providing strategic clarity and operational frameworks to DID Delivery Technical Program Manager (T/PgMs) to scale delivery velocity.
