Job summary

Chevron U.S.A. Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Contracts professional to support end-to-end contracting for LNG and master agreements, coordinating with GBS teams across locations to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely outcomes.

You will prepare, review and administer contracts, provide guidance on terms and risk, drive standardisation, and contribute to automation and process improvements in a fast-paced, multinational setting.

• Experience in contract administration or related role.
• Awareness of financial, operational and legal risks in contracts.
• Ability to improve processes and support standardisation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Proactive - can-do attitude and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and administer a range of contracts and terms, from standard to complex.
• Partner with GBS colleagues across the contract lifecycle to ensure accuracy, compliance and timely delivery.
• Support commercial outcomes by analysing operational, financial and legal terms for risk.
• Align contracts with internal controls, risk frameworks and efficient processes.
• Coordinate internal SME reviews and provide guidance on GTC and negotiations.
• Liaise with Traders/Trading Analysts to resolve trade discrepancies.
• Support automation initiatives leveraging AI capabilities to improve efficiency.
• Administer all contract work from initiation through to completion.
