Job summary

Soleil Collective is seeking an Assistant Controller to oversee financial reporting and management within their global finance team. This role involves guiding a small team, ensuring compliance with IFRS, and leading financial consolidation across multiple entities. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical accounting background, excellent analytical skills, and a collaborative approach to drive process improvements for a high-performing finance function.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in financial reporting and controllership, ideally in consumer goods.
• Proven experience in group consolidation and understanding of IFRS.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the group month-end close and financial consolidation processes.
• Prepare accurate financial statements including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
• Support audit processes and ensure tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
