Job summary

BW Group is seeking a communications-focused professional to refresh corporate materials, draft internal communications, and support multi-channel content across posters, videos, and slideshows. You will coordinate materials for reports, liaise with partners, and help update websites and internal platforms.

Responsibilities include planning for LinkedIn pages, conducting research to back initiatives, and providing event support.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Well-organised with planning and multitasking abilities.
• Creative with a good eye for design and visual presentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Comfortable across multiple projects and platforms in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to commit up to 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Refresh corporate materials and presentations.
• Draft short communication pieces for internal employee communications.
• Draft and coordinate materials for corporate publications and reports.
• Support archival of creative assets and historical materials.
• Support creation and design of communication collaterals (e.g. posters, videos, photo slideshows).
• Support planning and content creation for BW LinkedIn pages.
• Assist in developing communication proposals and programmes for key stakeholders.
• Support liaison with partners, affiliate companies, and external vendors.
• Update corporate websites and/or internal employee platforms.
• Conduct research to support communication initiatives.
• Provide operational support for internal events as required (e.g. staff activities, quarterly events).
• Handle administrative and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
