BeOne is actively seeking a Senior Manager/Manager, Clinical Supply Chain to oversee drug supply activities for clinical studies, coordinating delivery plans and materials to ensure continuous patient supply while reducing waste. The role requires collaboration with procurement and internal stakeholders and hands-on experience in a cGMP environment.

You will help develop and implement future-focused processes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in business administration, operations management, or similar education required.
• 5-8 years’ progressive experience in Supply Chain preferably within biotech/pharma/CRO.
• Competencies: knowledge of global clinical trials and drug development processes.
• Experience in vendor oversight and managing external partnerships.
• Understanding of cGMP, GDP, and GCP regulatory requirements.
• Experience in deviation investigations and CAPA implementations.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Clinical Supply Chain Leads to understand drug requirements for clinical studies.
• Collaborate with global procurement to collate vendor information for drug availability.
• Support delivery for required comparators on time by liaising with Supply Chain and procurement teams.
• Assist in label/component sizing and development information.
• Track target delivery to CMOs supporting release activities.
• Provide updates on material status and delivery status to GCSC.
• Investigate exceptions to determine root causes, implement CAPAs and drive closure.
• Develop sourcing strategies to maximize supply efficiency and minimize waste.
• Lead cross-functional projects and process improvements in drug/material supply.
• Assist in creation of Standard Operating Procedures.
