Randstad Singapore seeks a seasoned Head of IT to lead a large IT team and drive digital transformation across the organization. The role focuses on delivering software development excellence, ERP modernization, and cyber security strategy at a global scale.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 10 years in IT leadership, 8+ years as Head of IT, strong .NET experience, and SAP familiarity to optimize enterprise systems and digital initiatives across the group.

Competenze

• Minimum 10 years managerial experience leading a sizable IT team (30+ headcount).
• At least 8 years in Head of IT/Technology roles with proven software development experience (preferably .NET).
• Experience with SAP is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Provide thought leadership for internal IT, including Software Development, ERP, Cyber Security, and IT Infrastructure.
• Lead the engineering of web-based applications and IT digitalization initiatives.

Our Client is a fast growing multi million MNC. With plan for investment in IT, they are now looking for a new CIO | Senior VP of IT | Head of IT, to manage the IT team and lead their IT Digital transformation within the group.

About the job

Your responsibility involves:

• Providing thought leadership for the internal IT ( Software Development , Enterprise Application /ERP , Cyber Security, IT Infrastructure) team
• Lead the engineering of web-based application
• Managing IT demands from senior business stakeholders - setting and managing their expectations, identifying needs and providing solutions.
• Partnering with business stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize demands to drive IT digitalization initiatives, exploiting new and emerging technologies technology and translate them into viable IT Digital implementation
• Providing IT strategic planning and direction for the IT roadmap. This includes driving IT digitalization initiatives, identifying suitable technology and translate them into viable IT Digital implementation.

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have at least 10 years of Managerial experience of a sizable team (at least 30 headcounts) with at least 8 years of experience as an overall Head of IT/Technology. Proven track record in software development / .net is required for this role.

Experience in SAP will be of added advantage.
