The candidate will drive continuous improvement, monitor compliance, and implement digital solutions to enhance efficiency and data quality across the capital lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial & Systems Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Operations Management, Information Systems or related field.

Responsibilities

• Governance & compliance for Global Frontend capital management processes with documented standards and controls.
• Lead end-to-end capital process excellence across forecasting, funding, reporting and savings management.
• Drive capital transformation with AI, analytics, automation and digital solutions.
• Manage multi-functional programs, governance, milestones, risks and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop dashboards, reports and analytics to provide visibility into capital performance and compliance.
