Job summary

RADUGA PTE LTD is seeking a Sales & Marketing professional to manage overseas accounts and drive growth in international markets. The role involves handling orders, quotations, and customer inquiries, while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma/Degree in Sales and Marketing with at least 2 years' experience in supply chain, strong negotiation and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Sales/Marketing, preferably in supply chain.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good time management and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook; ERP experience is an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Overseas entity account management and managing ongoing requirements.
• Business development for overseas market and meeting growth targets.
• Identify and understand market trends.
• Order entry and documentation maintenance.
• Work with cross functions to ensure order fulfilment.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, delivery orders, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and enquiries.
• Monitor order status and ensure timely fulfilment.
• Source new suppliers and compare quotations to achieve best value.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist replenishment planning.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and business documents.
