Global Business Development Lead
A strategic and commercially driven growth role to drive business expansion and GTM initiatives across Middle East and USA. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, business development, and partnerships, focusing on accelerating client acquisition, driving demand generation, and supporting the development of new platform-led solutions focusing on Fintec and Emerging Tech areas like AI.
Key Responsibilities
Growth & Business Development
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across US and MENAmarkets.
- Build and manage a pipeline of strategic accounts through partnerships, networking, and consultative selling + the challenger sales model.
- Lead proposals and pitches, aligning client needs with StratAgile’s MarTech and digital transformation capabilities.
- Drive commercial negotiations and contract closure in collaboration with internal and client teams.
Strategy & Market Expansion
- Shape regional GTM strategies in collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Support strategic partnerships that enhance product offerings or unlock new channels of growth.
Marketing & Demand Generation
- Lead integrated marketing and demand generation programmes that support business development objectives.
- Oversee campaign planning and ROI measurement across digital channels (Google, LinkedIn, Meta).
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop impactful marketing assets, case studies, and thought leadership (for StratAgile channels).
Client Strategy & Relationship Management
- Partner with key clients to design digital and marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Act as a strategic advisor on topics spanning digital engagement, automation, AI solutions and performance marketing (leverage the challenger sales model to do this).
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication, performance insights, and solution optimisation.
Requirements
- Min 3 years of experience in demand generation, lead generation, or business development—preferably in a technology/digital services/ Funtec company.
- Overseas working experience - preferably in Dubai or any of the US and European clients.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with prospecting and funneling with Zoominfo, upwork etc.
- Experience using CRM, email marketing tools,LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and persuasive writing skills.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a results-driven mindset.
- Alumnus from tier 1 school will be an added advantage
- Broader understanding of technology landscape, especially AI and Martec domains
