  • Develop strategies for positioning Pond's as a Premium, Expert, Social-first brand.
  • Identify business opportunities and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Lead the digital-first integrated communications strategy.
  • Identify and execute strategic levers to accelerate POND’s eCommerce growth.
