Job summary

ByteDance is seeking a product manager to lead BNPL initiatives within its Global Payments team in Singapore. You will shape the BNPL product strategy, work with legal, engineering, design, marketing, and business colleagues, and drive growth through data-driven decision making.

The role requires 3+ years of product management experience in payments or BNPL, strong analytical skills, and excellent cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in payments/BNPL/finance/ecommerce.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across multiple teams.
• Experience with end-to-end product management processes including idea generation, roadmap, prioritization, and launch.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine BNPL roadmap and strategy with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze market trends and data to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with payment partners to integrate BNPL solutions onto our platform.
• Manage end-to-end BNPL transactions from onboarding to dispute resolution.
• Work with analytics to develop reports, KPIs and dashboards.
• Collaborate with customer support and operations to resolve BNPL issues.
• Stay up-to-date on BNPL regulations and best practices.
