Job summary

A logistics and maritime services company in Singapore is looking for a dedicated individual to drive global client development and enhance market presence. The role involves generating leads, managing client relationships, and collaborating with various teams to ensure quality service delivery. Ideal candidates should have a degree in sales and marketing and experience in B2B sales, preferably within the maritime sector. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is also required.

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in sales and marketing or other related business management stream.
  • Ability to use MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM software.

Responsibilities

  • Research prospects and generate leads.
  • Prepare and send quotations and proposals.
  • Engage potential clients in person or by phone/email.
  • Maintain the client database as per group requirements.
  • Onboard new clients.
  • Develop marketing plans and strategies in liaison with the business development team.
  • Implement marketing plans.
  • Support client and market engagement initiatives.
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence and competitive positioning.
  • Conduct client surveys and analysis to prepare sales and marketing reports.
  • Support operations team in delivering quality service.
  • Support finance team in managing accounts receivables.
