Marcum Asia CPAs LLP in Singapore seeks an entry-level to junior staff to support audits, reviews, and compilations for SEC and private clients across industries such as manufacturing, technology, and consumer products.

You will prepare SEC filings and financial disclosures, ensure accuracy, and communicate timely with team and clients. Travel to Asia is extensive, and bilingual English/Mandarin is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required.
• 0–2 years of public accounting experience.
• Extensive travel to Asia expected.
• Bi-lingual in English and Mandarin beneficial.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform audits, reviews, and compilations of SEC and private clients.
• Communicate with engagement team and client personnel.
• Prepare SEC filings, financial statements, and disclosures for accuracy.
• Stay up to date on U.S. GAAP laws and regs.
• Monitor technical and industry developments and their impact on engagements.
