Job summary

Charterhouse Partnership Asia is seeking a Global Technical Systems Analyst to bridge business and technical teams and drive AI-enabled system solutions across global operations. You will translate complex requirements into actionable specs and collaborate with AI engineers, product owners and architects to deliver end-to-end deployments.

The role focuses on aligning AI capabilities with business needs, driving model inputs/outputs, ensuring traceability, and supporting rollout across

Qualifications

3+ years hands-on experience in technical systems analysis or business analysis.
Foundational knowledge of AI/ML concepts (LLMs, RAG, AI Agents) and automation.
Strong SDLC and agile experience with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Experience with Jira, Confluence and Power BI for requirements and dashboards.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines and data privacy compliance.

Responsibilities

Bridge business and technical teams to translate requirements into specifications.
Define model inputs/outputs and integration needs for AI-enabled solutions.
Coordinate cross-team alignment to ensure on-time delivery across global environments.
Support testing, rollout and validation of new features and AI capabilities.
Maintain traceability and release notes during the SDLC lifecycle.
