Global Accounts Coordinator

ANL has a branch network in South East Asia, China and Oceania and offers bespoke services through ANL Logistics and ANL Container Hire & Sales in Australia and Papua New Guinea.

Role Overview

Reporting to Global account manager, the successful candidate will be responsible to provide analytical and administrative support to Global account department and to manage a list of major Global accounts customers where ANL maintains a direct relationship. You will also be managing the preparation, submission, and presentation of Direct Global & Regional tenders, reporting and special projects as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collate and produce information for tender migration
  • Liaise with internal departments to source details for tender collation
  • Create proposals in format dictated by the Global / Regional customer tender process and requirements
  • Manage preparation and presentation of Global and Regional Tenders
  • Compile and distribute Working Procedures for active designated Global / Global Account customers including system filing and supervision
  • In conjunction with ANL Legal Counsel assist with the negotiation, preparation, and finalization of tender related service contracts
  • Maintain US contracts up to date with the respective Federal Maritime Comission filing
  • Attend Global / Regional customer tender negotiations with Global Accounts Management and Sales as required
  • Prepare statistical reports and presentations as required.
  • Attend to correspondence including answering phone calls and assisting with queries relating to activities within the Global Accounts Department.
  • Assist the ANL Insurance department with the resolution of Global / Regional customer insurance claims as required
  • Attend periodic Global / Regional customer KPI & performance review meetings with Global Accounts Management and Sales as required.
  • Assist the Global Accounts Dept, Manager and Global Accounts Dept, Assistant Global Accounts Manager with special projects as required.
What We're Looking For
  • Diploma or Degree in Maritime Business, International trade, Business Analytics or relevant discipline
  • At least 1 to 3 years of experience within the shipping industry.
  • Proficiency in MS office with advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
  • Customer service or sales experience
