Job summary

SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support planning, delivery and continuous improvement of enterprise ICT systems and digital initiatives in Singapore.

You will coordinate with system owners, technical teams, business stakeholders and vendors on projects spanning enterprise applications, cloud environments, process optimisation, automation and governance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong PM experience covering planning, implementation, risk and issue management.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams with follow-through on actions.
• Familiarity with ICT governance, compliance, cybersecurity and audit requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with project documentation and reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver ICT projects according to approved plans, timelines and objectives.
• Track progress, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies and actions across workstreams.
• Coordinate system implementation, renewals and tech refresh activities with owners, teams and vendors.
• Support evaluation of options and approaches for solutions.
• Manage stakeholder and vendor coordination for timely delivery and issue resolution.
• Drive process improvement and workflow automation to boost efficiency.
• Review and optimise processes related to licensing, user access, logs and system reviews.
• Support ICT audits and annual self-assessments across enterprise systems.
• Establish and maintain project governance, documentation and controls.
• Ensure compliance with government ICT policies and risk management frameworks.
• Prepare project updates, status reports and meeting materials.
• Build strong relationships with business, operations and planning stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainable digital solutions.
