A personalized gifting company in Singapore is seeking an operations team member to manage daily tasks including picking and packing orders, processing ecommerce orders, and overseeing inventory. The role offers full-time hours and requires attention to detail and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Pick & pack orders in a fast and accurate way.
  • Process orders from ecommerce platforms and liaise with couriers for pickup of orders.
  • Inventory update, tally and quality checks.
  • Manage inbound and outbound of goods.
  • Other general assistance for the operations department as assigned by the supervisor.

We're Singapore based personalised gifting company specializing in custom-printed products and curated gift sets. Under the operation execution team, you will incharge of the daily operation required hand craft and printing & customization of gift production.

Job offer
  • Full time (5.5 days work week)
  • Nov to December
  • Sunday - Friday( 830AM-530PM, Sunday will be 130PM-530PM)
