Job summary

NTUC Health Co-operative Limited in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high‑quality geriatric nursing care. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, educate families, and ensure adherence to policies and nursing standards while delivering cost‑effective services.

You will work with the health care team to coordinate care, perform medication administration and wound care, supervise care staff, and participate in infection control and quality improvement

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board.
• Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• Advanced / Specialist Diploma in Geriatric / Community Nursing an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complies with approved standards of nursing practices.
• Assess and deliver quality geriatric/dementia nursing care to clients.
• Perform pre-assessment of new clients referred by AIC.
• Ensure enrolment complies with SOP.
• Administer documentation to relevant government bodies.
• Coordinate with health care team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate client's conditions.
• Monitor, assess and review clients' progression and implement care plans.
• Provide health promotion, counselling to clients and families.
• Perform nursing care such as medication administration and wound dressing.
• Oversee nursing team to ensure competency.
• Coordinate and monitor quality indicators for continuous improvement.
• Perform CPR, AED and first aid in emergencies.
• Assist and support delivery of health promotion activities.
