Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimally 2 years of geriatric care experience in Singapore.
• Hold ITE/Home Care or related healthcare certificates.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts.
• GCE O Level or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal care tasks including washing, dressing, and toileting.
• Help patients with mobility and repositioning to prevent pressure injuries.
• Support nutritional and hydration needs and record intake.
• Take routine observations (temperature, pulse, respiration rate, blood pressure, SpO2) and report concerns.
• Provide compassionate end-of-life care and support.
