Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent required.
• Strong interest in geotechnical engineering, site investigation, and digital monitoring technologies.
• Proficiency in data processing, statistical analysis, and technical report writing.

Responsibilities

• Research & Development: conduct literature reviews and identify technical gaps.
• Field execution and data acquisition: plan and conduct field trials on selected sites.
• Data analysis and correlation: develop and validate robust models.
• Digital platform collaboration: work with software team on server-based online monitoring platform development/testing.
• Documentation: prepare technical reports, SOPs and user guides.
