Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Geology, Engineering Geology, Geophysics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant Site Investigation (SI) experience in Singapore preferred.
• Holds BCSS certificate or equivalent safety certification.
• Holds GeoSS certificate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, check, evaluate and prepare soil data records with quality field work interpretation of ground conditions.
• Monitor site environmental conditions, health and safety standards, and housekeeping per regulatory requirements.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings and safety talks; maintain attendance records and submit safety documents.
• Perform risk analysis for all job activities and ensure Safe Work Procedures (SWPs) are understood and followed.
• Prepare and submit safety plans, risk assessments, SWPs, and supporting documents before work starts.
• Obtain and ensure Permits to Work and other permits are signed by all relevant parties before work activities proceed.
• Coordinate daily with Project Manager, Field Manager, Engineers, and Drillers to facilitate smooth site operations.
