Job summary

A leading civil engineering company in Singapore is seeking candidates for geotechnical coordination in a prominent LTA project. Responsibilities include site issue resolution and design management, working closely with various stakeholders. Applicants must hold a degree in Civil Engineering and have mandatory experience in LTA projects. This is a permanent role located in the West area with two openings available, offering a structured work week of five days.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering and/or relevant field.
• Experience in LTA project [Viaduct and Station] is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all geotechnical works for construction projects.
• Address and resolve site issues promptly, including RFIs, CO substantiations, and material costing.
• Coordinate with consultants and liaise with authorities for project design updates and submissions.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to resolve design discrepancies and construction issues.
• Manage and resolve production, quality, design, engineering, and scheduling issues.

• MNCs & leading A1 main contractor

Job Description:

• Geotechnical Coordination: Coordinate all geotechnical works for construction projects.
• Site Issue Resolution: Address and resolve site issues promptly, including RFIs, CO substantiations, and material costing.
• Design Management: Coordinate with consultants and liaise with authorities for project design updates and submissions. Liaise and coordinate with other stakeholders and consultants on the design and technical issues relating to temporary works.
• Liaison with Stakeholders: Coordinate with internal and external parties, including authorities, to resolve design discrepancies and construction issues. Attend meetings with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Issue Resolution: Manage and resolve production, quality, design, engineering, and scheduling issues.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering and/or relevant field
• Experience in LTA project [Viaduct and Station] is mandatory.
