Job description

We are seeking a skilled Geotechnical Engineer to manage and execute a wide range of ground engineering activities across both design and construction phases. In this position, you will work closely with internal teams, consultants, and authorities to deliver technically sound and compliant geotechnical solutions for ongoing infrastructure projects.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee geotechnical design and implementation for works Earth Retaining Stabilising Structure (ERSS), piling, ground treatment, and slope stability.
  • Analyse ground conditions and determine appropriate foundation depths for retaining structures.
  • Conduct internal evaluations and comparative studies to identify effective geotechnical approaches.
  • Review site monitoring data and coordinate with engineering consultants to resolve technical issues including Instrument and Monitoring matters.
  • Provide technical input and review of construction drawings for ground engineering works in collaboration with site teams.
  • Participate in project and coordination meetings with stakeholders, consultants, and government agencies.
  • Manage submission processes to regulatory bodies for approvals related to geotechnical designs and site impact assessments.
  • Support documentation and technical reviews required for LTA Project Safety Review and construction design safety is in strict compliance.
  • Assist in planning and supervision of load testing for foundation elements.
  • Contribute to site testing and monitoring activities as needed.
  • Handle other engineering-related duties assigned during the course of the project.
Job Requirements:
