Responsibilities

Build and maintain strategic awareness by sifting through information from multiple sources
Forecast trends and emerging risks impacting Singapore’s national interests
Provide timely insights to national leaders in policy briefings and high-impact writing
Conduct deep research on specific countries/regions and multilateral trends
Engage policymaking agencies and participate in cross-agency discussions as a subject matter expert
Develop cognitive tools to ensure robust and insightful analysis
Mentor and develop junior analysts at senior levels
