Job summary
IMDA is hiring a Technical Manager (Generative AI) to lead architecture and development of enterprise applications with integrated generative AI capabilities in Singapore. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, evaluate AI models and tools, and establish governance for responsible AI use in public sector platforms.
You will drive AI strategy, ensure secure and scalable deployments, and work with partners to deliver innovative AI-enabled solutions aligned with national digital transformation
Qualifications
- Degree in CS, software engineering, AI or related field.
- 2+ years hands-on with generative AI technologies.
- 5+ years in application development and technical team leadership.
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG.
- Experience with cloud platforms and API design.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of apps with generative AI features.
- Design robust AI pipelines for text, image, and code generation.
- Advance prompt engineering frameworks and best practices.
- Oversee AI model evaluation, fine-tuning, and deployment.
- Ensure governance, security, and cost efficiency in AI solutions.
