RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a General Technician to support the repair and restoration of gas turbine components in a precision manufacturing setting. You will perform manual processes and operate equipment to meet quality standards.

The role includes rotating day and night shifts, a 5‑day week, and training in safety and EHS practices. Location is Pioneer with company transport provided; prior mechanical experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• NITEC in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• 2 years of relevant manufacturing or technical experience preferred.
• Experience using pneumatic and powered hand tools.
• Able to work rotating day and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform blending and polishing on metal and coated component surfaces.
• Carry out manual drilling for cooling hole re-opening processes.
• Operate testing equipment such as airflow, waterflow, and moment weighing systems.
• Operate manufacturing equipment including robotic polishers, shot peening, and cold spraying machines.
• Ensure product quality while meeting production targets and schedules.
• Maintain equipment, workplace cleanliness, and housekeeping standards.
• Comply with all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) policies and report unsafe conditions promptly.
• Support other production activities as assigned.

• Monday – Friday | Rotating Shift Every 2 Weeks
