Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies aligned with the company’s overall business strategy and long-term goals
• Identify emerging cybersecurity trends and opportunities to strengthen the company’s market positioning.
• Drive business growth through increasing existing market accounts, building strong partnership, identifying and penetration of new markets in the assigned sales territories.
• Lead client presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Manage the P&L for the business, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
• Generate revenue through building a strong sales pipeline and forecast
• Optimize cost-to-revenue ratios through effective resource allocation.
• Oversee day-to day operations and streamlining internal operational process to improve productivity
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, data protection laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Establish strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Act as the Company representative at industry events, forums, and conferences.
• Be the trusted advisor to customers, offering designed solutions to their cybersecurity needs
• Build and lead a team of high-performing sales and technical support team

Qualifications

• Diploma/bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science or related field
• At least 10 years of leadership experience, with at least 5 years in cybersecurity or technology related sector
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, risk management, compliance, and emerging threats.
• Proven track record in driving business growth, managing P&L, and scaling operations.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving industry.
• Ability to operate and thrive in ambiguity, adapting quickly to shifting priorities.
