About Company

Our client is a global provider of mechanical seals, sealing systems, and industrial components. Their core product lines include mechanical seals, bellows, cartridge seals, pump parts, industrial lubricants, and seismic isolation devices. They serve a wide range of industries.

Job Description
  • Responsible to lead sales, business development and Branch operations to drive growth in Singapore
  • Develop and execute branch business strategy and annual budget. Lead from planning to execution
  • Conduct market research, sales analysis and build sales strategies, including of target selection, competitor analysis, proposal planning, etc.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key clients, including new business development
  • Build networks with industry associations and business partners
  • Ensure compliance, risk management, and handle issues/troubleshooting, including internal/external coordination
  • Lead, supervise, recruit, evaluate, develop, and manage local branch staff
  • Support daily sales activities, for examples, client meetings, sales proposal and negotiations
  • Track sales performance, sales pipeline, forecast and budgeting
  • Other ad hoc duties assigned by the company
Job Requirements
  • Possess managerial experience
  • Strong experience in Sales / Business Development, preferably B2B experience
  • Preferably experience in Industrial Engineering, equipment and components, energy, plant engineering or construction, but not a must
  • Ability to perform PDCA and drive results
  • Capability to lead execution and continuous improvement, including strategy planning and implement
  • Ability to collaborate with local staff and energize the organization
  • Strong awareness of compliance, market trends and risk management
  • Proficient at MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Preferably proficient in software tools, for example, CRM
  • Understanding of ASEAN business and connections with key industry clients is a plus point
  • Experience in branch operations, setup and improvement is preferred
Compensation
  • Work Location: Pandan Loop
  • Working Hours: 9:00AM - 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
  • Bonuses: AWS (13th month) + Variable Bonus (VB)
  • Annual Salary Review: December, based on performance
  • Allowance: SGD 200/month for transport
  • Annual leave, Medical Benefits and Group Insurance
