About the Role

We are hiring a General Manager – Projects to lead end-to-end development across residential, hotel and retirement living projects. You will oversee project planning, external consultants, budgets, timelines, and feasibility studies—while also identifying new development opportunities and supporting investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines, budget, and quality standards are met.
• Manage consultants, contractors, architects, and regulatory authorities.
• Conduct feasibility studies, financial modelling, and ROI assessments for potential projects.
• Source and evaluate new development opportunities and maintain a strong project pipeline.
• Provide strategic input on portfolio growth and development planning.
• Prepare reports for senior management and investors on project progress, risks, and KPIs.

Requirements

• 10–20 years of experience in property development or project management.
• Strong track record delivering residential, hotel, or retirement living projects.
• Solid understanding of construction workflows, regulations, and development processes.
• Strong financial modelling and feasibility analysis skills.
