As General Manager Organisational Development, you’ll lead the design and delivery of workforce capability, leadership development, and engagement strategies across a high‑performing aviation contract. Reporting to the Executive General Manager, Sydney Airport, and working closely with the Senior Vice President, People and Transformation, you’ll play a pivotal role in building a sustainable, engaged, and high‑performing workforce.
You’ll develop structured leadership pathways, champion Certis culture and recognition initiatives, and embed scalable learning solutions that align with both Certis’ values and Sydney Airport’s service expectations.
