Job description

The Operations Manager will be required to develop business plans, monitor sales, and ensure adherence to company procedures.

Operations Manager Responsibilities:
  • Evaluating existing operations and developing appropriate strategies.
  • Training outlet in charge in effective sales and supervisory techniques.
  • Creating and communicating sales targets.
  • Monitoring sales across stores to check that target are met.
  • Setting and implementing performance standards across all outlets.
  • Ensuring that employees observe company protocols.
  • Visiting to stores to conduct checking of duties of the outlet in charge.
  • Responsible in all outlet promotion and setting marketing strategy.
  • Making of Profit and Loss Report, Financial Statement, and other accounts related matters.
Area Manager Requirements:
  • At least 3 years experience in sushi making and Japanese cuisine.
  • Willing to work on rotating shift (morning and midnight), weekends, and Public Holidays.
  • Have knowledge in the accounts.
  • Marketing and HR experience needed.
