General Manager, Integrated Country Foods

Headquartered in Singapore, SATS Ltd. is one of the world's largest providers of air cargo handling services and Asia's leading airline caterer.

SATS Gateway Services provides airfreight and ground handling services including passenger services, ramp and baggage handling, aviation security services, aircraft cleaning and aviation laundry.

SATS Food Solutions serves airlines and institutions, and operates central kitchens with large-scale food production and distribution capabilities for a wide range of cuisines.

SATS is present in the Asia-Pacific, the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, powering an interconnected world of trade, travel and taste. Following the acquisition of Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) in 2023, the combined SATS and WFS network operates over 215 stations in 27 countries. Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Lead and Inspire: Build and manage a high-performing team of sales, marketing, and category specialists to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Strategize and Execute: Define strategic priorities in collaboration with CEO Integrated Country Foods, Head Integrated Supply Chain, Head SERVE and other SATS business units.
  • Drive Manufacturing Excellence: Oversee food production operations to ensure cost-efficiency, safety, and sustainability—while scaling automation and tech adoption.
  • Grow Revenue: Develop robust sales pipelines across product categories and geographies to drive profitability.
  • Innovate Offerings: Spearhead product innovation and refresh strategies to expand market share locally and abroad.
  • Expand Globally: Lead overseas sourcing, procurement, and distribution initiatives.
  • Own Results: Be directly accountable for business growth, profitability, and market leadership.
  • Develop Talent: Champion skills upgrading, succession planning and talent development to build a future-ready workforce.
  • Foster Innovation Culture: Create a safe space for bold ideas while balancing risk and opportunity.
  • Collaborate Across Sectors: Engage with Private-Public-People sectors to deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions and cost-effective solutions.
