Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Leadership
- Set business goals, operational targets, and growth strategies.
- Develop action plans to achieve profitability and long-term sustainability.
- Lead and motivate teams to align with the company’s mission and service standards.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across all departments.
2. Sales & Revenue Management
- Monitor and analyze sales and contract performance.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and expand client base.
- Develop pricing strategies, promotions, and new business proposals.
- Participate in tender submissions and client negotiations.
3. Operations Oversight
- Oversee day-to-day cleaning operations across all client sites.
- Ensure manpower deployment, work schedules, and service delivery meet contract requirements.
- Optimize workflow efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Supervise site supervisors and ensure compliance with safety and service standards.
4. Customer Relationship & After-Sales
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and contract retention.
- Handle escalations, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
- Implement systems for customer feedback and service improvement.
- Conduct regular site inspections and performance reviews.
5. Financial & Performance Monitoring
- Review financial performance, budgets, and profit margins.
- Control operating expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare performance reports for management and owners.
- Support the preparation of tenders, quotations, and pricing models.
6. Team & Staff Management
- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff and supervisors.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.
- Implement disciplinary, performance, and reward systems fairly.
- Ensure all staff follow company policies and WSQ safety requirements.
7. Business Development
- Identify new markets, clients, and partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to grow the company’s brand.
- Stay informed about cleaning technologies, environmental standards, and industry trends.
- Represent the company in client meetings, tenders, and networking events.
