The Country General Manager will lead and oversee all operations of the Singapore entity, focusing on the development, registration, marketing, and commercialization of Chinese Proprietary Medicines (CPM) and related Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) health products. This role is responsible for strategic business expansion, regulatory compliance, brand building, sales and distribution management, and team development to establish the company as a reputable and compliant leader in the Singapore TCM industry.

Key Responsibilities 主要职责
1. Strategic & Business Leadership 战略与业务领导
  • Develop and execute the overall business strategy, annual plans, and financial targets for Singapore.
  • Align local business direction with China HQ’s global vision and group objectives.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities in the Singapore and regional CPM/TCM markets.
  • 主导制定与执行公司年度战略及经营目标;
  • 将新加坡公司的业务方向与集团总部战略保持一致;
  • 挖掘并拓展新加坡及区域中成药/中医药市场的增长机会。
2. Regulatory & Compliance Management 法规与合规管理
  • Oversee HSA CPM product registration, licensing, labeling, and GMP compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant Singapore statutory requirements (HSA, SFA, MOM, IRAS, ACRA, PDPA, etc.).
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities, industry associations, and consultants.
  • 监督并确保所有产品符合新加坡卫生科学局(HSA)注册及合规要求;
  • 确保公司遵守所有新加坡法定法规(如HSA、SFA、MOM、IRAS、ACRA、PDPA等);
  • 负责与监管机构、行业协会及顾问沟通协调。
3. Sales, Marketing & Distribution 销售、市场与分销管理
  • Lead the development of go-to-market strategies for both OTC retail and TCM clinic channels.
  • Build partnerships with distributors, retailers, and TCM clinic networks.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns, brand positioning, consumer education, and product launches.
  • 推动OTC零售与中医诊所两大渠道的市场进入策略;
  • 建立与分销商、零售商及中医诊所网络的合作关系;
  • 负责品牌推广、消费者教育及新品上市活动。
4. Operations & Finance Management 运营与财务管理
  • Manage day-to-day operations, budgeting, and financial performance.
  • Optimize supply chain, logistics, and local warehousing processes.
  • Review P&L performance and ensure sustainable profitability.
  • 负责日常营运管理、预算与财务绩效;
  • 优化供应链、仓储与物流流程;
  • 监控损益表现,确保业务可持续盈利。
5. People & Organizational Development 团队与组织发展
  • Build and lead a multidisciplinary team (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, etc.).
  • Foster a high-performance culture aligned with corporate values.
  • Provide mentorship, leadership, and succession planning.
  • 建立并领导多职能团队(销售、市场、运营、财务、人力等);
  • 塑造高绩效文化,确保与集团价值观一致;
  • 提供领导力指导及团队继任规划。
Qualifications 任职要求
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, TCM, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum 10–15 years’ experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or consumer health, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in Singapore market entry, product registration, and brand building for healthcare/TCM products.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore’s regulatory, commercial, and retail environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • 中医药、工商管理、药学等相关专业本科及以上学历,硕士优先;
  • 十年以上医药、保健或消费健康行业经验,五年以上高层管理经验;
  • 熟悉新加坡市场准入、产品注册及品牌建设流程;
  • 具备新加坡法规及零售市场洞察力;
  • 具备卓越的领导力、沟通力与跨文化协调能力。
