Job Description :

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize customer support operations, ensuring alignment with company standards and regional business objectives.
  • Lead and manage the regional team to deliver exceptional technical support, including machine installation, maintenance, and service requests from customers.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with regional clients, understanding their technical needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and technical training to the support team to enhance their skills and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new service offerings and improve existing support processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regional regulations and company policies in all customer support activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Fluency in Japanese (minimum JLPT N1 level) is essential for effective communication with the Japan headquarters and maintaining strong relationships with Japanese stakeholders.
  • Good knowledge and experience in technological domains related to Factory Automation, with particular expertise in Panasonic SMT equipment and automation systems.
  • Proven track record of leadership experience preferably in a multinational setting and managing regional customers.
  • Possess strong strategic thinking, customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with Japanese corporate culture, operational practices, and business etiquette.
