Position Overview

As the General Manager, you will serve as the face of the brand and the property, leading with vision, integrity, and a guest‑centric mindset. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, cultivating a high‑performance culture, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your strategic leadership and commercial acumen will be key to achieving business objectives and positioning the property as a market leader in the luxury hospitality segment.

  • Commercial Leadership
    • Provide strategic direction and oversee the overall management of the property.
    • Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective financial planning and operational efficiency.
    • Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal operational standards.

    • Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top‑tier hospitality professionals.

    • Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role with extensive commercial experience within a luxury segment of an international hotel brand.
    • Background in luxury hotel commercial experience is highly preferred.

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a strategic and innovative mindset.
    • Track record of delivering strong commercial results and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
