Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of company’s F&B operations including Restaurants, Event business and all administrative functions of the head office
  • Provide support to new business development
  • Lead, manage and train team to achieve targets at the same time ensuring growth and development
  • Work closely with relevant parties in developing and implementing appropriate strategies and plans to boost revenue, continuously monitor and analyse market trends to stay relevant and competitive
  • Review and evaluate current operations flow and suggest effective recommendations to achieve optimum productivity and revenue

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ of managerial experience with proven track record in Food & Beverage sector
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills coupled with creativity, initiative, negotiation, good management, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong project management and coordination
  • Committed and able to work within tight timelines
  • Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, procurement, operations, HR etc) would be advantageous
